I like that he didn't play his hand.
You have to wonder if this is now, what is happening in less than 5 weeks?
As someone who as studied every live streaming shopping site for the last year or two, this is absolutely incredible what Verb has done. They threaded a needle that didn't even exist.
This is what WhatDaNot wishes they did, but can't now even with gobs of money (i.e. Whatnot raises $260M)
What the hell are they doing with another $260M?
WhatDaNot raised close to a 1/2 a billion dollars and they are still stuck in Pokémon world.
My hope is Verb raises some dough and blows this up quickly although they are doing an incredible job with what they have. Unbelieveable when you look at WhatDaNot.
If WhatDaNot. is valued at $3.7B, just wait until people figure out the true value of a live shopping site that doesn't just sell Pokémon cards at a garage sale.
