I'm not sure if Charlie48 is a basher or not, but

I'm not sure if Charlie48 is a basher or not, but I do know that he is certifiably bi-polar.  (I have time at work right now and) I was looking through his posts from mid-May to mid-June.  Before and after it seems like he was anti-ICPA, but for about a month's span he was cheering it on.  I'm going to lean on the fact that he doubts Steve very much, and for that he cannot be trusted.

For Rich and the other clowns on the board who are siding with Charlie, I'm going to just reply to his former posts and hope it gets the newbies to look back and see his change of mind. 

Still no talk about brush fires today...
