I believe Drano is correct that this would most likely be on a 8k as it would be a material event that would move the SP.

I was just tying to point out the FDA would not release this information as it would be the job of Cytodyns to inform us. Ohm stated this earlier before my rant. Thanks ohm.

My problem is I still don’t really know if a NDA would prevent some information from being released on a case by case basis thus not trigging a 8k for some information. I really don’t know and I don’t believe anyone could answer this as it’s been questioned before.
