So to my point you are wrong. As I stated the FDA can not tell us if the clinical hold is lifted.

So once again you said they could answer the question. They cannot answer it I just got off the phone with them and it’s up to the company to disclose that information.

So just so we are clear. The clinical hold can be lifted and we would not know about it until the company tells us.
