One important point...I was NOT the one who brought up the FDA being under an NDA to start this discussion. I actually was responding to another person who posted the question as to whether or not it was possible, and I said that no, it is not possible that the FDA was under and NDA in connection with CYDY and the clinical holds.

We're all friends here....or at least on the same side.
