I didn't realize that Solterra filed Ch11. Was it posted on either board? The only filing I can see is the original petition that says they have liabilities between $500,001 and $1M.
What liabilities would Solterra have? The only things I see in the last Q are minimum royalty payments to UA and the lawsuit Schloss filed against them.
