Late again..."late for everything" should be the co. motto.
Why put out a crappy 10-Q on time? Need more time to throw up more promotion B.S. about "our" new global distribution facility hub on twitter? Too bad it wasn't a case of "our" but actually "their" facility.

Those filing release days must be a painful dose of reality because those links never show up on Twitter? lmao!
To think the pom-pom team had to rely on boasting about an extra 5K per month (60K per yr) in gross revenue for the last quarterly (Q1) filing. What a joke! Anything to try and get back some of the money they all lost with the fake run up last year.
Any update on those nano solar panels being promoted on spp website? Anyone try to buy some yet? Maybe these new light towers being tweeted about and offered for sale , but not available on the company's website ...are replacing the nano panels offered with brand name of a company out of business since 2017 ?
And those shovels, in Durango dirt by last 12/31//21, promised and promoted for months during 2021 , when the company knew it had not obtained a Durango solar permit yet ...and still no permit (per Feb-2022 article)? Is that fair to shareholders? So, if the SEC allows promotion using Twitter for information not revealed in an 8-K...then we should be asking if there would be issues with information that is not accurate and/or true being tweeted. What's good for the goose...they say.
How's the bus shelter advertising going after losing 150 bus shelters to a competitor . Can't be doing too well when their partner (transit co.) of a 10 yr contract is using the competitor's website link to promote transit co.'s bus shelter advertising . HELLO??
