I'M not bashing he's trying to build a good company but tell the truth on how he's doing it. This my last post about people claiming Doc has never been paid a PENNY, I am so tired of everyone claiming this man is so perfect he isn't he's know better than anyone here. 05/09/2021 New issuance Doc got 1,100,000,000 Common valued at 0.001 for Debt conversion Restricted
This below is a LIE PPS closed at $0.056 on 5/10/2021 value of $61,600,000.00 closed at $0.062 on 5/07/2021 the 9th was on a Sunday value as of closing yesterday $ 15,290,000.00

At the time of this filing the Company has not subsidiaries, parents or affiliated companies. Where is the 4-day Material Event filed which by SEC/OTC Laws he is required to do. He can't use we were dark because he had to file all the years to get current.
