in my view there dorks be significant crumbs to collect and prepare a meal from.
Just to name two important ones.
Olaregen/Excellegen - in May of last year - during that much talked about - last CC, a detailed plan was laid out in front of us about how Excellegen was to be rolled out in the larger market. All that based on a credit based financial deal that ready to be signed within days after that CC. According to these - admitted - "forward looking statements" thex had planned to generate double digit million dollar revenues in less than a year after the roll out started. We are now 15 months past that May 21 CC, and all this was supposed to happen without much involvement by JM. If only half of what they "dreamed about" back then had become true, this dorms be able to provide enough capital to GNBT as well, to continue its operations. Do what happened there? Does anyone know, or could we find our?
Oral-lyn should also be worth a significant sum, even at this stage of development and without the required phase 3 re-trial.
NGIO being valued at 100s of millions of dollars
This all should significantly exceed the requested compensations for losses claimed by 3 Bros etc.
So we should still have a good chance at lest for some recovery of our losses.
