Durango, Mexico solar project PERMIT b.s was addressed all summer. It started with "government unrest" b.s excuse in January. It's all b.s.!

ACTUAL PERMITTING STAGE EXCUSE STATEMENT IN FEB-2022 LINK BELOW using permitting stage as an additional b.s. excuse after they couldn't use the "government unrest" excuse for not having "shovels in the ground" by last 12-31-21.
