Here is in my opinion where the SEC 4 day Material Event rule comes in effect Look at it all PPS below by the dates PR was 8/16/21 Close date in the PR was 9/30/2021 Now if Doc bought the Clinics as some speculate or if the deal fell through BOTH would be Material Events Doc in my opinion you can be in trouble you are legally bound to give us this Info
