I have my opinions and theory and it's time I share....
THESE ARE MY OPINIONS AND THEORIES. I have no facts or evidence to back it up.
So let me put that clear warning out there.
First, I am going to be frank, I see LVS points and I did not expect crap in this quarterly report based on the fact, we did not see any filings or documents stating mergers or transactions. So for us to expect ground breaking news, logically was very silly and made no sense.
Second, everyone is so quick to say why cant we find any info on his private companies? BECAUSE they are private. Also I think cause docs so secretive some of the companies may not even be in his name, just speculating. Thats not sugar coating.
Third, I have had this THEORY for a while that I am sharing now. I think others have briefly tossed this theory around. BUT I think Dr Dalton, is merging all his private companies privately as to not have to deal with SEC and what not, then all at once merge into the public company UNVC. Im thinking he found some kind of loophole to do it without doing it all publicly via SEC and such, so he could have a big reveal. I could be wrong cause I don't know the legalities of it all. I think thats all taking longer than he wants, thats why the delays and hold ups.
Fourth, ALL OF US including myself needs to STOP reading too much into private messages or tweets. Sometimes it is what it is. We read too much into it, thinking it means something it really doesn't. Or thinking it means more than it does. Or try to make it something its not at all. Which creates expectations that when not met disappoint people.
Finally, I stand by Doc and the company. The long delays and wait is super annoying and frustrating. He is not followed through yet, but I do not by no means think this is the end. He is not a great communicator. I AM not encouraging anyone to buy or sell. This is what I am doing personally. To each its own. But I DON'T think this man wants to go down destroying his legacy as a last final act especially cause he is older. I ALWAYS try to look at things logically and objectively. Just my 2 cents.
