I think its safe to say, anyone who would qualify as a dual national is disqualified for US presidential office, but its likely the reverse of what happened.
Both parents US citizens, illegitimate child, absolutely no documentation because of their anti capitalist state beliefs, both 60's Marxist revolutionaries, both into dodgy temporary relationships in college.
