Folks, anyone that thought there would be a merger in the second quarter financials, you have not been thinking clear or reading the board. I myself had said it more than once that the OTC Markets has the same 4 day, material event disclosure rule as the SEC and "we expect the companies to follow the rule". Why is there a 4 day rule, it is for investor protection. If you sold stock AFTER the material event that was not disclosed you would then have the ability to sue for non disclosure and you would collect. The financial liability would be huge for Dalton and the Board of Directors hence no merger. Not rocket science just common sense.
So those that continued down that rabbit hole, you brought the disappointment on yourself.
I really believe Doc intended to launch in June because of the "make us happy" tweet/Linkdin in May. It could have been a new VP and or a new BOD press release or a launch to make us "happy". We did not get a new VP or BOD press release for the "happy face" so that leaves an intent to have launched as the other event IMO. So something came up and delayed the launch. It could be anything, because we don't know what we don't know.
He is trying to merge 5, maybe 6 companies and do it smoothly. Don't forget Doc is a multi millionaire, he doesn't have to get this done to earn a paycheck. Dalton has NEVER taken a nickle of salary out of Univec, not even when we were trading multi dollars on the Nasdaq, he always deferred his salary (look at Edgar and read the footnotes) It is us shareholders that want this launched as soon as possible, me included. But Doc is not going to launch this H/A, he has too many high profile people watching.
Remember Dalton owns 52% of Univec, he has a lot to gain financially and for estate planning purposes also.
With all that has happened in the last 60 to 90 days and his recent communications about the TRAIN arriving in the station soon and shutting up the naysayers and flippers, it tells me we are close to a launch, IMO.
He had to upload the "nothing" Univec numbers to end the quiet period, so the big question is...does he have something material to say, now or very soon.
I will be here when it happens because he has been very successful in his business past. Also, he is not a scammer, IMO. So two questions, when and how big is this going to be, but there is no doubt in my mind it will happen. Each to their own, life has choices and some choices have consequences.
