Silo Pharma (OTCQB: SILO), a development-stage biopharmaceutical company, recently completed an animal study of its ketamine formulation, showing nerve pain reduction when administered using a patented delivery system developed in partnership with Zylo Therapeutics. “Results from the small animal study produced positive endpoint results, demonstrating that Silo’s topical ketamine formulation reduced mechanical allodynia and hyperalgesia at both the pre- and post-dosing time points.
