Dear Defendant:
Please be advised we are counsel to the Plaintiff SportsQuest, Inc. (“SPQS”). SPQS has
commenced a matter in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to void
your shares of SPQS stock for lack of consideration.
SPQS is also requesting that the Court issue both a temporary and permanent restraining order
enjoining you from transferring or assigning any shares of SPQS stock, until further order of the Court.
A copy of SPQS’s Complaint and application for injunctive relief, consisting of the Order to
Show Cause, Declaration of Irina Veselinovic and Memorandum of Law is attached hereto.
Please be further advised that the Honorable Lewis J. Liman has scheduled an in-person
hearing for August 19, 2022 at 11:00 am in Courtroom 15C of the 500 Pearl Street Courthouse,
NY, NY to decide SPQS’s request for a temporary restraining order.
