IMO..
this limited financials/limited trading deal is working pretty well for the time being..
RMHB, and the current limited visibility ,can get their ducks in a row in a pretty bearish overall OTC market without much stock price pressure from "evil forces"
If it were me..and it's not. here is what I would do:
1- focus on growing the company and brands
2- file enough financials to keep visibility as limited
3- when /if all the ducks are in a row..and the OTC is not a dumpster fire- then release all the financials to become current -but only then...
4- when RMHB is pink current then release immediately all news showing massive brand growth/sales/etc.. if you do not have news showing massive brand growth then do not become current until such time..
5- once pink current-get audited financials ready for the OTCQB within 6 month
6- work on growing the company and expanding the brands more.
7-focus on the higher exchanges..
of course this is a perfect world view , but this would get the biggest bang for the buck..
