Hmmm... There is an interesting breeding ground
for debate. On one hand, IMO, one should wash
ones hands when the rise in the a.m.
Antibacterial soaps are good intermittently, but
should be rotated with alcohol based pumps.
My reasoning would be that bacteria can build
up resistance to these bacterial microbes over
a period of time much like ABX (antibiotics)
so alternating might be best. Also, Colliadal
Silver was used during WWII for it's anti fungal
anti bacterial, anti viral properties, so, I would
also incorporate that into my hand washing
regimen. These are all IMO's (only)
Coconut oil, Olive Leaf extract also have
antibacterial properties when taken internally
or externally.
