July 31, 2015 Calissio put out a press release stating they sold 100% interest of the San Perdo mine to Milagros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. de C.V. The total purchase price of USD$14,600,000 was paid by the assumption of debt and in shares of stock of Milagros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. de C.V. and USD$7,360,000 in cash. The second paragraph of the press release states Calissio was going to use the $7.3 million to develop their flagship property La Jovita mine.
There is strong evidence that Calissio did exactly what the company promised they were going to do, develop Jovita to a producing mine.

If one scrolls down the list to lines 130 and 131 you will see Calissio is listed as owners of the San Pedro Mill and both the El Desvan mine and La Jovita mines, but most importantly they are past the exploration stage and in production. Evidence that, as of 2018 Calissio properties are producing copper, gold and silver.

I do not know if anyone here has owned a junior mining stock before, but most mines never leave the exploration stage or progress to development, and even fewer still actually become producing mines. Holding a mining stock from exploration to development is a good investment indeed.
If one looks on google earth and navigates to 256023.3m E, 2133142m N in the state of Michoacán and zooms in you will see a snaking mining road and a very distinctive hole in the mountain side. This is what I believe to be the location of the Jovita mine. (BTW I found it by looking exactly where Calissio said it was.)

Further confirmation for the Jovita mine location is found under the link above. Just navigate to the state of Michoacán follow highway 14 and turn south down the Michoacán Tripetio you will find a pin for the Jovita mine registered under, Milagros del Cobre Minería, S.A. de C.V, the subsidiary company.
So let’s say for giggles, Calissio have been stand up guys telling the truth all along, actually public stock market victims that went dark, spent $7.3 milly to develop Jovita into a Cu, Ag and Au producing mine since 2017. Then further used the capital to develop El Desvan to production in 2018.
A definate flash the middle finger coup to all the "nay sayers" and sycophants who said there was no mine
