People failed to hit the ask to take out the final 1.8M in mickey mouse amounts left from MMs GTSM, CDEL & ETRF so - as usual - it is suspected the low-level flipper / basher moved another 8.2M down from .0009 to .0008 - making 10M total.
Bid still 21M at .0007.
