If they aren't committed enough to move to the Nia

If they aren't committed enough to move to the Niagara area then they should at least be at the plant 5-6 days a week and a minimum of 8 hours a day for that kind of money.  They should work as hard or harder than the rest of the staff making far less.  John usually works a between 60-100 a week.
