I felt it wasn't clear, certainly to the layman. If this results in a tax credit, they should say so. When they write, "Going forward, we expect to continue to account for similar inducement transactions, in which common stock is issued to settle certain convertible notes, if any, as induced conversions, which may have an adverse effect on our results of operations."
So if it has an adverse effect on our results of operations, what does that mean?
No one on the board has stepped up to tell us what this 8K means overall, which makes me think that maybe it isn't really clear. Certainly it made the price of shares drop. I don't believe it should have, but if that's the case, management should have made that more clear.
