Most believe this is the heart of the matter.
Doc in all likelihood is doing all of the bells and whistles under a private company so that no one can get wind of it and he doesn't have to say a word until he is ready.
Then he simply (but it isn't simple) merges things into UNVC. That process is what we have always been waiting for. We need this to be a big announcement/8k coinciding with fin release or soon afterward.
Lets pull into that station already.
