Joe Biden continues to tell the American people that our borders are closed.
Kamala Harris and DHS Secretary Mayorkas are trying to spew the same narrative.
If that is the case, can someone please tell me why this administration just sent $171 million of our taxpayer dollars to an organization that is representing illegal immigrants?
This administration has approved a $171.7 million contract with the Vera Institute of Justice, a New York-based group.
That contract could reach $1 billion when all is said and done.
So, what does the Vera Institute do?
Well, they help provide legal assistance to illegal immigrant minors.
The current contract expires in March 2023, but there is an option to extend that contract to March 2027.
If that happens, the total of the contract would be $983 million.
So, our borders are closed, but we are now providing legal representation for those crossing the border.
I am just thinking about how much good $1 billion could do our veterans over the next five years.
How much of a difference would it make to the homeless in this country?
You should also know the Vera Institute is a left-wing extremist organization that wants to end “mass incarceration” by reducing the number of detention centers, jails, and prisons in this country.
The group has also given signs that it supports the defunding of the police… and Joe Biden just handed them $171.7 million.
