Man, I relate to this post.
If I had "control" of the money, I would have been all in down at $0.25. But my wife had found out how much in the hole we were, she wouldn't let me touch another cent.
I was buying all the way down even into $0.60's. Then she found out. So I missed on everything down there and have just been holding. Did get cb down to $2.05, so not that far away.
As to the "why" of this accumulation, there can be many answers, but whoever it is, surely believes something imminent is to happen and wants to maximize their position herein in short order to be best positioned for it when it is announced.
