Having used RecoveryRX on many patients I can share that cased based outcomes have been very favorable. There seems to be little discussion of combining a topical NSAID (like diclofenac) with RecoveryRx. Combining the two therapies has become my "goto" first line treatment for conservative treatment of tendonitis/enthesitis. How can one argue with non-invasive clinical management, without an adverse side effect profile, that can be worn continuously? There are two classifications of injuries here, primary where the tendonitis is the pathology, and secondary, where the tendonitis is the result of underlying pathology. For the latter, RecoveryRx helps to keep the symptoms minimized, providing the opportunity to diagnose and treat a potential underlying cause resulting in the tendonitis/enthesitis.
