All valid points. Not the BIG one that I was thinking about yesterday and this morning, there were two other BIG reasons I remembered.

Actually easy to figure out...
Think about WHY many of you don't like Facebook and you'll nail it...
The Ad thing is also a BIG reason. Imagine you are trying to sell widgets and an add pops up for your competitor or worse yet, something in appropriate.
This is great news they are bailing on Live Shoppable Streaming. It also means they will buy (or heavily invest) someone in the near future, but keep it as a separate company.
So let's hear more of the BIG reasons why they are bailing...
