Is there any doubt in your mind that Thompson will walk away from environmental remediation nor is it likely there will be any settlement with the Baltazar family.I don't believe he has ever been responsible for anything, preferring instead to run and hide. I don't doubt that he will declare bankruptcy in order to avoid all debts and I'm certain that his sleazy attorney has advised him to hide his assets.
