I have been invested for the same period of time - 6 years. I have been dead wrong more times than i can remember regarding the near-term direction of the stock over those 6 years. This current run is a perfect example. I have been convinced that the stock would stay in a range of 40-60 cents until the clinical hold is lifted in the Fall. I remain convinced that we will be much higher at the end of this year, but this run has surprised me, and i still have no idea what is going on.
I do believe that the only true way to make money in this stock is to hold on tight through the ups and downs. I did not sell when the stock hit $9 (a fact that my wife reminds me of on a regular basis), because we had not achieved the objectives i set as an investor (revenue generating, uplist to major exchange, coverage by major investment bankers, etc.). those are still things i want to see before selling - but maybe this time i take a little bit off the table at $10
