Form T trades don't impact the chartists as the trades are outside market hours or for prior days. I wouldn't put any credence on these odd lot pre-market trades on a sub-$1 stock that trades millions of shares intraday. It's the open market activity that matters most.
But you will likely see more pre-market trades during periods of time that the stock is moving so viciously (%-wise) as it attracts all kinds of folks to play around with it.
Once we uplist and start pulling in real money - we'll likely see an uptick in pre & post-market activity but primarily around catalyst / news events where it will be a more meaningful indicator.
