Assuming that’s true, that big pharma is taking us to the mat. I don’t doubt it, but one thing about the FDA letter this Spring that has been congealing in my mediocre brain is the safety data.
Here’s the letter.

And we know that Amarex didn’t properly aggregate our safety data, which Scott Kelly says ‘We believe is cureable’. 8-12 weeks is long past. I’m assuming it has/will be cureable. If it has, the holds could lift at any moment. If it has not, there could be trouble, and I don’t the market sees it this way.
The drop in SP we’ve all witnessed could be shorts, big pharma, and/or the boogie man. But there are plenty of reasons our management has, shall we say, missed opportunity.
Validate the safety data, take the ribbon off the top of the Cytodyn website demurring to FDA, lift holds, and a whole number of items could clarify.
