Good Job SVENoftheNorth, Looks like EGOC/Pangbo Group has been very very very busy quietly working on the merger and prepping various divisions and companies for the merger.. Lots of moving parts and it's going to be fun when the filings do come out. JMO
With all of the moving parts being established we may see some information on the scheduled filings in 2 weeks or less. Along with some great press releases explaining more of what they are doing.. I would not be surprised if the build up of companies and subsidiaries that could be lumped into EGOC will be done in phases and not all at once. That would make a lot of sense as there are a lot of moving parts etc... Just a hunch but I think the merger parts will be rolling in for months as EGOC/Pangbo Group keeps building and growing.. Just an opinion. We should get some of the information inside of 2 weeks is my thoughts..But perhaps the really good stuff will continue to roll in over weeks/months. JMO
