While we wait, is Narcolepsy on the list? Sorry Ohm. Didn’t memorize the list. Just for fun, I was farting around with Narcolepsy this morning. It struck me as an autoimmune or inflammatory issue. An old family friend had it, and died of stroke in maybe 1999. Betty used to fall asleep while on the phone with my mother, who is still alive.

“CCR1 and CCR3 are newly discovered susceptibility genes for narcolepsy. These results highlight the potential role of CCR genes in narcolepsy and support the hypothesis that patients with narcolepsy have impaired immune function.”
