That depends on the
descriptive.
Immortal ~ meaning: a 3-dimensional process of death and reincarnation...our present state...none of which we remember.
and
Eternity ~ meaning: forever, a path above our present 3-dimensional world, a path 3-dimensional world can't reach.
If we get past the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension, then Eternity is ours to grasp.
Thus, 1000 years of peace to healing, learn (who we are and what we are). Then the beast is released again. Those that are not deceived ascend. Those that are, descend to the fire and dust.
The matrix is placed back in alinement with our creator GOD...and Heaven Gate to the universe.
Higher levels can descend to help in our 3-dimensional world...such maybe of Christ. At best those in the 3rd dimension are clairvoyant some more than others. One narrative is of those when they descend to help. They may or may not remember their mission.
Where did the GOD of energy blossom from? There are many Gates and levels of Heaven. Earth being the lowest Gate... getting from 3 to 5, is only part of the journey.
The battle? The enemy knows their existence is nearing an end date
