It is unusual for a stock to go up after announcing a large dilution. In fact, I can't remember when that happened without news. We'll find out in the next couple of months, but it certainly gives the company adequate funding for quite a while. With the downside risk just about removed, the stock has to go higher, even if there are no "truthful" rumors. It's a great spec for under a buck.l
