I think what lit up Biden is the fact that a FIVE year old girl drowned in the Colorado River while trying to get to Yuma.

A five-year-old migrant drowned in the Colorado River while attempting to cross the US-Mexico border near Yuma on Monday. The child's mother alerted border patrol agents about the incident when arriving at the Border Patrol's Yuma Sector. Border patrol agents combed the area searching for the missing child and later found the body floating in the river. There is currently an investigation being performed.
