I can't remember a stock going up when diluting it

I can't remember a stock going up when diluting it by a third. As someone said "somebody knows something" or... somebody is manipulating it. I sure hope it's the first one because the 2nd at this point is the only viable one without news. Which pretty much pisses me off because if there is a big announcement, this stinks of insider trading. Of course, just my opinion and I'm not trying to spread FUD or FOMO. Just pontificating till the shoe is tied tight or it drops and any other scenario's are surely welcome.
