I agree that Dr. Arman should show his vision at some point. Any new leader should show their vision and I am sure he did to the board of directors. It would be nice to have the shareholders included in this vision.
What is the alternative if we don’t vote for the authorization of the shares? I don’t like the prospects or any possible time delay if we inch along with minimal funding to October or November to the shareholders meeting when we can authorize the additional shares. This is how we finance our company. We need these shares now to fund our companies future.
We can restart trials at any time once our hold is lifted. I believe now is the time to fund our necessary trials and other expenses to get things rolling again. We have sat idle long enough. It doesn’t matter either way to me. If we hear Dr. Arman’s vision or not right now. Funding the company with faith in our board of directors for their choice in the selection of our president that they said was heads above all other applicants. Which there were supposed to be many. Gives me that faith that Dr. Arman’s vision aligns with our board or he wouldn’t be in the position he is in. So… not to worry for me.
Funding our company is the smart move. Please… as shareholders vote yes or “ for “… Our direction of what we will seek trials on isn’t a secret. How many indications we will attempt at one time is what we would like to know. I can live with a conservative or aggressive mission on just how many indications we will attempt. Once again… funding our company is the smart move. The alternative is what? Not good… So voting “ for “ is what needs to happen. The risk of not voting in favor is not worth a stand to see or hear a direction of the president. If you are an informed shareholder… you know where we are on everything. Conservative or aggressive is what will be the direction we head forward with. Soon enough after funding our company we will know what direction or path we took.
