I agree with you. I am voting yes but do expect him to set up a special meeting to explain his vision and steps to accomplish it with basic time lines included. This is not time for "All hail the invisible leader" and we should expect an appropriate response for our vote of confidence. Strategic planning with our limited resources is a must
