For those 'concerned' about the RS, exactly how to you uplist when the OTC share structure is usually way different than the major exchanges?
BTW, in the S-1 it says a range of 1:2 to 1:1,000
Why have 1:2?
Why limit 1:1000 as at a penny, that is $10. $10 gives you some cushion. But the neverlanders saying the stock is going lower forever. This isn't your IBIO.
Smart companies uplist when things are about to take off. When they are holding a royal flush. If the goal of a company is to uplist and figure the rest out later, 1000% of the time they will fail.
