Well, why did those you have listed vote against the Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention & Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022? Just because some bill comes with an impressive name doesn't mean the bill is worth a crap.
Maybe the 20 voted against the bill because they were the only ones who actually read the damn thing.
