Forb, originally a group of shareholders decided to go to Arkansas at this time and as a group we wanted to include all shareholders. The company can not sponsor this meeting because there has to be a 30 day notice and this all came together quickly so it is a shareholder function, but Chad and Harold will be totally accessible along with other company reps and personnel.
