Adam Shit admits Clarence Thomas is main target for Jan 6 committee, vows to use wife to get him
July 25, 2022

Democrats inched closer to impeaching Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, a man who has been the focal point of their unhinged wrath since the nation’s highest court closed out its latest term with a series of rulings that were devastating to the political left’s extremist agenda.

Thomas, an appointee of President George H.W. Bush and the court’s longest-serving justice has received the brunt of the fury because of what he is, a successful black conservative, something that is absolutely despised by a Democratic Party that is arguably among the most racist entities in America today.

On Sunday morning, two of the highest profile members of the January 6 select committee went on television to send a message to Thomas that they were coming for him, one of whom was Rep. Adam Shit, a man utterly devoid of principles and a top hatchet man for Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

During a morning in which his fellow malicious actor Rep. Liz Cheney all but promised to subpoena Thomas’ wife Ginni Thomas, the ever-shifty Schiff made it clear that the real target is Justice Thomas, a man whom he said had “crossed a line” in an ominous sign that Democrats will intensify their efforts to weaponize the judicial system against their political foes.

Speaking with host Margaret Brennan on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” the California congressman, impeachment veteran, and chief Russigate hoaxer set his sights on Thomas, an indication that Dems are prepping for another “high tech lynching” of a man who has been the moral compass for America in an increasingly uncertain time.

“There are lines that shouldn’t be crossed, but those lines involve sitting Supreme Court justices, not presiding or- or appearing or taking action in cases in which their spouse may be implicated,” Schiff responded after being prodded by the host on the impending subpoena. “And in this case, for Clarence Thomas to issue a decision, in a case of dissent, in a case where Congress is trying to get documents, and those documents might involve his own wife, that’s the line that’s been crossed.”

“And I think, for Congress to be looking into these issues, looking into conflict of interest issues. But here, looking into issues whether it involves the wife of a Supreme Court justice or anyone else, if they have information or role in an effort to overturn an election. Yes, they’re not excluded from examination,” he said.

Constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley cut through Schiff’s BS about the dissent as well as using Ginni Thomas as a smokescreen because this is ALL about taking out Justice Clarence Thomas.

“On a committee that was tasked with uncovering what occurred on January 6th, Schiff is now saying that the committee’s jurisdiction would extend to what the Supreme Court did a year later.

That is more than a case of ‘mission creep,’ he wrote. “It is radical departure from past practices and long-standing interbranch comity. It could create dangerous precedent as members use such committees to investigate jurists on the motivations or communications leading to their opinions.”

“The use of the J6 Committee in this way would reaffirm the criticism of the committee as a partisan exercise. The fact that Cheney has joined in such calls only highlights the absence of even a modicum of balance on the committee. It would also constitute one of the most intrusive acts ever taken against the Court outside of a formal impeachment proceeding,” he added. “It is a threat that should be universally condemned and immediately withdrawn.”

Last month, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez went on Sunday morning television to lay the groundwork for what could be an unprecedented and politically explosive move to take out Justice Thomas, telling NBC’s Chuck Todd that it was time for the House Judiciary Committee to commence a Soviet-style investigation into the conservative justices, suggesting that impeachments should also be considered.

With Democrats on the verge of losing their iron-fisted grip on political power in the midterm elections and Cheney in a battle for her political survival in the upcoming Wyoming primary, the J6 committee may be about to go big and other than subpoenaing Trump himself, nothing could be bigger than using their power to go after Justice Thomas.
