25-31k senior property tax homestead exemption is not much of an ohio tax break when in some areas home values are rising 30% year due to covid supply etc disruptions and speculators etc snapping up homes for flipping due to what appears to be growing unbridled greed
one of the taxes that never end, ppl pay when buying or selling a home plus the property tax - you can confirm property appreciation values on zillow etc
some ppl pay several times the total cost of their home in regressive property taxes over the years -and as one of the articles says many ohio homeowners [and others throughout the states] will lose their homes under the present property tax scenario
