IDK where $10 came from either. I read a lot (and post a little) and don't remember a rally cry for $10 anywhere. My uneducated guess is because it was the ATH for a whisper of a minute on June 30, 2020. So perhaps the thinking might be that investors would be willing to take an offer at the ATH. Personally, it would depend on the deal. If it is just a cash deal and that's "all" we got, I wouldn't go for it even though it would mean instant retirement kind of gain in net worth. Others have pointed out, it is Leronlimab for sale (if it is in fact for sale) and LL is worth more than that. If the offer was to own shares of the new owner of Leronlimab, I would want some cash upfront and shares in the new company that reflected a value for Leronlimab which would be market competitive for a platform drug plus consideration of potential indications that are inevitable in the coming years.
