The OTCMarkets website now shows MXSG with a Yield Sign and a "Pink Limited" designation due the failure to file on time the 10-K which is the annual audited report and includes first quarter of fiscal year. This report period ended March 31 so even with extra time they could not get filed with the SEC on time.

I like this quote from their request for extension to July 15th. " Additionally, the Company seeks an extension to finalize the narrative of the Form 10-K so that it will properly inform investors and the public of the Company’s actions in the year ended March 31, 2022" Can't wait to read that narrative of Company's actions.
The next step down is a STOP sign and delisting and gray sheets. Long way from the gray sheets but trading is likley to dwindle to no trades many days and lower and lower share price unless we get some positive word and soon. Silence from CEO is not encouraging as he sets his sights on Alaska and Junior's new boat.
Below the OTC report is Sentinel II satellite imagery from July 21st, 2022. Same ole- same ole. I have emailed company and asked for their interpretation of what I see as a mine no longer operating - my untrained interpretation. My past several emails to the Walnut Grove Home Office have gone unanswered but they did not bounce so email services are still intact.
