Revoked a month ago and not taken care of yet? Why? Did the company not even know this before today? Did they not receive the notice from secretary of state's office? Possibly, because the revocation shows they still had the same address they defaulted on the facility lease and had to move almost a year ago.
Always someone else's fault.
Can't wait to see a tweet explaining why the Medi-ri annual filing wasn't submitted. And still isn't a month after the revocation.
I thought Medi-ri was going to be the owner of the first medrecycler franchise? LOL
100,000 authorized shares showing listed for last medi-ri filing? Wonder who owns (or owned) those shares?
Maybe no equipment...means no company any longer?
Where did the Medi-ri's pyrolysis equipment go after leaving the ri facility where the company lost the 50,000 sq. ft. lease?
Weird how last year's 2021 annual filing on January 5, 2021 had phone #: 888-356-1395 on file.
Even weirder is that same # 888-356-1395, listed on the 2021 filing, belongs to two other companies, also owned by the ceo, MSW Recycler and MeldPro. Medrecyler's phone # is 888-964-3695.
