it's clear that of the 3 scenarios, and potential value for shareholders, a true "go it alone" is the highest value, the partnership is the 2nd, and selling right now would result in the lowest value, given that we don't have an approval, and have this regulatory stuff hanging over us right now - in other words, we're not selling from a position of strength.
The go it alone scenario isn't viable - would take a long time, and we don't have a financial ability to do this. That leaves the partnership as my view of the way to get closer to the true value of this company, while getting some financial and political resources to reach the promised land.
Interesting that the insider financial article is so confident that shareholders would take $10 in a buyout scenario. I'd be disappointed - but i start getting interested at $15, and at $20, i'm done!
