It's fascinating to see the response with excuses for projects that are delayed for 3 or more years. It really is.

Then to listen to a whole set of different excuses, for the same delayed projects, when they start to deteriorate, or die.

i.e. ri bus shelter ad inventory getting cut by 30% or so.
horse fading on the first turn ...once promoted as triple crown material ...now on 3 legs

i.e. medi-ri being a franchise...then permit denial ...and then RI license revocation.
paid millions for a horse that ran in the wrong direction

i.e. Snpw MOU with Atlas Transit. never left the gate.
lousy horse

i.e. sun pacific security subsidiary. never left the gate.
lousy horse

i.e. bella electric subsidiary. never left the gate.
lousy horse

i.e. geopath partner for bus shelter sales. never left the gate
lousy horse

i.e. more triple crown like promoted horses, ready to run in Mexico and Australia, seem to be stuck in the barn.

i could have the word dog instead of horse but i was trying to be nice about the bad picks of the litter.
