Stock = sleeves out of their vest...or maybe stock plus some cash ...just like BMY and Celgene a few years ago hopefully ....the stock portion is whats interesting because it is the sleeves from their vest so whatever the translation is between their price offer and their current stock price is what the algorithm works out to....
